The Larson’s LXi series offers
just the right amount of luxury and comfort
at a price that is surprisingly well
positioned for the market. Features such
as deep bow and cockpit areas keep you
inside and wrapped in comfort, even when
the waters are not so comfortable about
you.
Starting from the back the stern
offers features like a fresh water shower,
stereo remote to make changing tunes
easier, and the typical swim ladder. This
platform is further above the water and
has some smaller pull-up cleats on the aft
edge to tie off your water toys or a
dinghy. The 238 offers you an ‘interchangeable’
sun lounge giving you the
capability of having a ‘walk through transom’
on either port or starboard side
without sacrificing style, comfort or practicality.
Larson have also put the storage
where you need it with three separate
storage lockers on the aft deck.
Stepping into the boat you are greeted
with an abundance of space. With
Larson’s new upgraded vinyl and piping
for a better look and feel to the upholstery,
the U shaped rear seating and two
swivelling pilot chairs with flip up bolsters
make the cockpit perfect for entertaining.
Port side of the cockpit sports a fully
enclosed changing room including a head
and sink. To the helm you will find a styish and effective console with primary 5”
inch gauges mounted high for visibility
and smaller engine monitoring gauges
below them. Behind the dash is a huge
separate storage compartment for your
valuables.
Through to the bow you will find
stainless grab rails, sealed and self draining
storage under the seats, stereo remote and
a separate swim ladder over the front but,
it is the depth inside the boat which sets it
apart from its competitors. An optional filler
cushion gives you the opportunity to turn
the bow into a 2nd sun lounge.
With the tower arch, upgraded
stereo and snap in/out carpets the Larson
